World-class staff care. Wonderful experience from arrival to departure. Breathtaking pool views. Excellent serving staff, especially the helpful garçom J. Amazing ceviche.

Not one thing.

The view was truly breathtaking, with a wonderful vista of the shoreline. the serving staff was by all rights polite, funny, and showed genuine care for our needs. For the location, there are some shops to browse nearby and the beach is within walking distance - perfect for tourists.

We did expect cleaned rooms and it is good to be tidy, but having cleaning staff waiting for us to go so they could startle us by cleaning the empty room seemed quite intense. there was no hot water from the shower, and the pool seemed more like an ice-cold pond.

Stunning Views, Welcoming Staff

The scenery around the resort is breathtaking and worth every penny. the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. They were always available, helpful, and personable, with a great sense of humor. the resort has a prime location with easy access to local restaurants and bars.

Although the staff was always willing to clean our room, it was a bit excessive and annoying. Despite leaving for a drink or dinner, we always returned to an overzealous cleaning crew.

I cannot express enough how impressed I am with the level of care and attention I received during my stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional and the facilities provided were top-notch. Additionally, the location of this hotel provided me with breathtaking views throughout my stay.

From the moment we arrived, the staff took care of our every need. the luxurious amenities here were impressive, from the outdoor infinity pool with stunning views to the world, class spa and wellness center. the full, body massage left us feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. the garden area was a great place to relax and enjoy the fresh air.

Though the service was excellent, the staff was a bit too eager to clean our room. They came in multiple times a day, which was a bit overwhelming.

The staff at this luxurious resort are absolutely phenomenal. From the moment we arrived, we received world-class service that made our stay unforgettable. They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met and their warm welcome was felt throughout our trip.

The pool temperature was a bit too cold for our liking. Despite this, we still had a great time lounging and taking in the stunning views.
